During the walkthrough, identify the surfaces, rooms, and issues you want addressed. We discuss occupancy, access, floor materials, delicate finishes, and any facility-specific product requirements. The proposal sets out the tasks included in your project and any exclusions.

Cleaning and disinfection have different purposes

Cleaning addresses dirt and buildup. When disinfection is included, the service plan should identify the surfaces and product requirements. Product selection, surface compatibility, application directions, and required contact time must be considered. We do not promise that a facility will remain germ-free or that cleaning will prevent illness.

How much does a project cost?

The quote depends on the size and condition of the space, selected tasks, surfaces, equipment access, and work schedule. Share photographs and an approximate square footage when requesting a walkthrough.

Is carpet or floor refinishing automatically included?

Those tasks should be listed explicitly in the proposal. Routine floor cleaning, carpet extraction, and stripping or refinishing are different scopes of work.

Can you clean outside normal business hours?

Tell us your preferred service window so availability and access can be reviewed with the proposal.
